Tea is an integral part of both Chinese culture and medicine, as is energy, a.k.a. Chi (or Qi). KearceCrafted Wellness workshops include sampling an artisan tea blend with refreshments and a Tai-Chi/Qigong (ChiQi) flow.

Come join KearceCrafted Wellness for a simple and effective flow that enhances strength and flexibility. This Tai-Chi/ Qigong (ChiQi) practice is gentle enough for all ages and skill levels. It can be modified or intensified to suit individual needs.

Refreshments will be offered afterward.
While there is no cost to participate, a $3 minimum donation is requested per participant to support the mission of spreading health and happiness through tea and chi.
This is a standing practice, so no mat or other equipm13thent is necessary.
*Kearcecrafted arsitan tea blends will be available for purchase during the refreshment period.

Workshops:

Tea and Chi
 are held every third Saturday in Freeport, FL, at The Yoga Garden Collective (TYG) studio. The price is $30 per person and includes tea, ChiQi, and instruction in TCM Lifestyle design.

Private group packages include a customized ChiQi flow and a unique tea blend brewed and served with refreshments. The price is $95 to set up and $15 per person. Studio space is available on a limited basis.

ChiQi Classes

are held every Tuesday at 5:15 in The Yoga Garden Collective Studio.

Private classes or groups

include a customized ChiQi flow.
Studio space is available on a limited basis. 
Price: $65 setup + $15 per person. Maximum 10 people.

Wellness consultations

include an evaluation, customized ChiQi flow with video for ongoing practice, energetic alignment, and a prescriptive herbal blend. Price per individual: $135
